What are your hours of operation? How can I get there?
Take a gander at our Locations, Hours, and Directions page!
It says you are open seven days a week? What about holidays?
We are closed only on December 25. All other holidays we will be open and ready to serve you!
Can I call you? Will I be talking to a machine?
You may call either of our stores during business hours and you will be immediately taken care of by one of our helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly staff. No robots here! Check out the left side of the page for our numbers and hours of operation, or check out our handy dandy Contact Page! You may also email us at email@example.com
Are your locations handicapped accessible?
Yes! The main retail spaces at both of our locations are fully handicapped accessible.
What is your return policy?
You may return any item, except statues and adult material, within 30 days of purchase with a valid sales receipt. All returned items must be in saleable condition. There are no cash refunds without a receipt. Exchanges or store credit will be given for other items returned in saleable condition. All sales on statues and adult material are final.
Do you accept credit cards or debit cards? What about traveler's checks?
Yes! We accept American Express, Discover, Master Card and Visa credit cards and general-use gift cards. We accept any debit card with a Master Card or Visa logo on it. We also accept AmEx Travelers' Checks.
Can I order something from you on your website?
Not yet, but we do offer several options for ordering comics from us online and over the phone, including Mail Order, Amazon.com, and eBay. For more information, see our Online Store page!
Do you buy comics?
If you are interested in selling your comic book collection, please make a list of what books you would like to sell, and either bring the list in, fax it to us, or email it to us. Please do not bring in books unsolicited. We do not review or appraise collections under any circumstances. We do not purchase sports cards or sports memorabilia.
Do you sell sports cards or sports memorabilia?
Not at this time.
Are you hiring?
We are always taking applications. To apply, speak to a manager in one of our retail locations.
