The JHU Discussion Group Meets 8/11! This Month: Ultimates!

Jim Hanley's Universe presents the JHU Discussion Group, Speak On It, meeting at the JHU Underground on Wednesday, August 11 from 7:00pm to 9:00pm! This month's book is Ultimates: Superhuman by Mark Millar and Brian Hitch!

We're doing something a little different this time around, too! This month's discussion is being run by Speak On It regulars Nickie Phillips, Ph.D. and Staci Strobl, Ph.D. Nickie and Staci are criminologists writing a book about depictions of crime and justice in comic books and they are looking to incorporate the comic fan experience, running focus groups with avid comic book readers about crime and justice.
